Our Projects
The Care Hub
The Care Hub was designed to be a comprehensive and holistic initiative aimed at highlighting homelessness and hardship in the winter. It is an ecosystem of relief that touches on the domains of food, clothing, health-care screening, spiritual and mental health support which are not always accessible to those experiencing homelessness and hardship. The goal of The Care Hub is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals and families can access essential resources and services, and receive support and care. It's main aim is to let those in need know that they are seen and cared for.
